This promotion is available to customers investing in First Plus China Equity Quantamental Alpha Fund (FP QUANT). For every THB 50,000 invested during 18 May – 19 June 2026, eligible investors may either receive additional units of FP MONEY worth THB 100 or choose a gift based on their total cumulative investment level:

1.   1 x WHOOP 5.0 Smart Band (ONE model) + 12-month membership, or equivalent gift — for cumulative investment of THB 10 million or more but less than THB 30 million.
2.   2 x WHOOP 5.0 Smart Band (PEAK model) + 12-month membership, or equivalent gift — for cumulative investment of THB 30 million or more but less than THB 50 million.
3.   Bangkok Staycation Package (2 days / 1 night) — for cumulative investment of THB 50 million or more but less than THB 150 million.
4.   Round-trip Business Class ticket, Bangkok – Shanghai or Beijing — for cumulative investment of THB 150 million or more.
* Eligible investors may choose one gift corresponding to the highest applicable cumulative investment tier.

Terms & Conditions
1.   This promotion is exclusively for customers who open an account and invest directly through First Plus Asset Management (Thailand) by subscribing to or switching into FP QUANT during 18 May – 19 June 2026 only.
2.   Investors must hold their units until 8 August 2026. The number of units held as of 19 June 2026 will be used as the base for calculating the eligible investment amount. Any redemption and/or switching out of units between 20 June – 8 August 2026, whether in whole or in part, will result in forfeiture of all promotion rights.
3.   The company will allocate and transfer FP MONEY units or provide the selected gift according to the cumulative investment level to eligible investors by 30 September 2026. The number of FP MONEY units will be calculated based on the NAV of FP MONEY on the transfer date. The company will waive the front-end fee for FP MONEY units received under this promotion.
4.   All costs associated with this promotion shall be borne entirely by the company and shall not be charged to the fund in any way.

LTF (Class Tax deduction) shall not be entitled to tax benefits from 1st January 2020 onwards.
Super Savings Fund (SSF) / SSF Class shall not be entitled to tax benefits from 1st January 2025 onwards.
Investors are not permitted to sell, transfer, pledge or use the investment units of ThaiESG, RMF, LTF, and SSF as collateral.
Unitholders may lose tax privileges from failure to comply with terms and conditions of investments in these funds specified by the Revenue Department. In such event, investors would be liable to return tax benefits previously received within the specified time frame or incur additional charges and/or interest according to the tax Revenue Code. As such, Investors should fully review and understand the terms and conditions of investment in ThaiESG, SSF, RMF or any other mutual funds qualified for income tax exemption (collectively “Tax-Exempted Mutual Fund"), seek more clarification as necessary and obtain tax manual from the Management Company or selling agent. From Tax Year 2022 onwards, to exercise the income tax exemption right on investment in Tax-Exempted Mutual Fund, unitholder must make a request to the Management Company to submit and disclose any information related to your investment in Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds to the Revenue Department in accordance with the regulations, conditions and procedures prescribed by the Revenue Department.
The redemption or switching-out transaction of ThaiESG, RMF, LTF, and SSF can be proceeded via internet trading system only for the investment units complying with investment and tax conditions. Unitholders must specify the investment units (instead of amount) in the redemption or switching order to avoid any breach of investment conditions.

4. Investment in mutual fund contains certain risks, please carefully study the fund's features, terms and conditions, performance, risks and tax manual before making investment. In the event of technical disruptions, whether caused by the unitholder, the Management Company or other related parties which may result in the transaction being unsuccessful or incomplete, the Management Company reserves the right to consider the decision of the management company shall be deemed final.
The subscription order shall be completed only if the Management Company can successfully proceed the direct debit from the bank account of unitholder or other means (if any) for the subscription payment.
Any redemption or switching transaction which results in the remaining balance or units lower than minimum requirements as specified in the prospectus, the Management Company reserves the right to redeem all remaining units together with this redemption or switching transaction.
