Promotion for clients investing in FP GLEQ-A, FP SENERGY, FP HCARE, and FP USBANK

This promotion applies only to new investment amounts made during the period 1 July 2026 – 31 July 2026. Investors will receive rewards based on their cumulative new investment in the above funds during this period, as follows:

For every THB 50,000 of cumulative new investment during 1–31 July 2026, investors will receive FP MONEY fund units worth THB 100.
Alternatively, for cumulative new investment of THB 30 million or more during 1–31 July 2026, investors may choose to receive an 11-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi 256GB with Apple Pencil (USB-C), or another reward of equivalent value.

Note: Only new subscription amounts invested within the promotional period (1–31 July 2026) are counted toward the cumulative investment threshold. Existing holdings prior to this period are not eligible.

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is exclusively for clients — both new and existing — who have opened an account and invest directly through First Plus Asset Management (Thailand) in the participating fund(s) during 1 Jul 2026 – 31 Jul 2026 only.
Investors must hold their fund units until 10 Oct 2026. The number of units remaining as of 31 Jul 2026 will serve as the basis for calculating eligible investment amounts. Should any redemption and/or switching out of units occur — whether in full or in part — during 1 Aug 2026 – 10 Oct 2026, the investor will forfeit all rights under this promotion.
The Company will allocate and transfer FP MONEY fund units and/or deliver the selected reward based on the investor's cumulative investment tier to eligible investors by 30 Nov 2026. The number of FP MONEY units will be calculated based on the NAV of FP MONEY on the date of unit transfer. The Company will waive the front-end fee for units received under this promotion.
All costs associated with this promotion are borne entirely by the Company and are not charged to or associated with the fund in any way.

3. Investment in Thailand ESG Fund (ThaiESG) Retirement Mutual Fund (RMF) Long Term Equity Fund (LTF) and Super Savings Fund (SSF)

LTF (Class Tax deduction) shall not be entitled to tax benefits from 1st January 2020 onwards.
Super Savings Fund (SSF) / SSF Class shall not be entitled to tax benefits from 1st January 2025 onwards.
Investors are not permitted to sell, transfer, pledge or use the investment units of ThaiESG, RMF, LTF, and SSF as collateral.
Unitholders may lose tax privileges from failure to comply with terms and conditions of investments in these funds specified by the Revenue Department. In such event, investors would be liable to return tax benefits previously received within the specified time frame or incur additional charges and/or interest according to the tax Revenue Code. As such, Investors should fully review and understand the terms and conditions of investment in ThaiESG, SSF, RMF or any other mutual funds qualified for income tax exemption (collectively “Tax-Exempted Mutual Fund"), seek more clarification as necessary and obtain tax manual from the Management Company or selling agent. From Tax Year 2022 onwards, to exercise the income tax exemption right on investment in Tax-Exempted Mutual Fund, unitholder must make a request to the Management Company to submit and disclose any information related to your investment in Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds to the Revenue Department in accordance with the regulations, conditions and procedures prescribed by the Revenue Department.
The redemption or switching-out transaction of ThaiESG, RMF, LTF, and SSF can be proceeded via internet trading system only for the investment units complying with investment and tax conditions. Unitholders must specify the investment units (instead of amount) in the redemption or switching order to avoid any breach of investment conditions.

4. Investment in mutual fund contains certain risks, please carefully study the fund's features, terms and conditions, performance, risks and tax manual before making investment. Investor should study the information in the latest update prospectus to support in decision making and keep it for future reference. The Management Company may also invest in securities or other assets for its own account in the same way as it invests for mutual funds pursuant to the rules and regulations stipulated by the Office of the SEC. In the event of technical disruptions, whether caused by the unitholder, the Management Company or other related parties which may result in the transaction being unsuccessful or incomplete, the Management Company reserves the right to consider the decision of the management company shall be deemed final.
The subscription order shall be completed only if the Management Company can successfully proceed the direct debit from the bank account of unitholder or other means (if any) for the subscription payment.
Any redemption or switching transaction which results in the remaining balance or units lower than minimum requirements as specified in the prospectus, the Management Company reserves the right to redeem all remaining units together with this redemption or switching transaction.
